About the role
In 2025 we are looking to further grow our successful pool and spa trade supplies business. To support that we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join the commercial team, based at Prestons, and lead the development of our sales activity in the pool supplies sector. You will be operating in a very competitive market space, driving the planning and engagement in this area of our business; managing some existing accounts; developing new customer accounts and new business; and you will work closely with key supply partners. In conjunction with the Managing Director and Branch Managers, you'll lead the evolution of our pool sales story, product range mix, and customer proposition to support growth and an increase in sales. The role has a very solid foundation to build on; you'll enjoy a high degree of responsibility for building channel relationships; and there is a great opportunity to develop and broaden the role to support your career ambitions too.
