About you:
You are qualified and able to deliver one or more of the following Qualifications or Courses:
Swimming Pool/Spa Building
Swimming Pool/Spa Service Technician
Aquatic Technical Operator
Retail (ideally in the swimming pool industry)
Landscaping
You are:
Qualified in TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)
Must be actively working in the industry
Highly organised
An effective and clear communicator

The role:
You will be responsible for:
Delivering training and assessment programs, including RPL, across classroom, online, and on-site environments
Reviewing and recommending improvements to learning and assessment resources
Participating in validation and moderation of assessments
Identifying and suggesting improvements to systems and processes for enhanced efficiency.
