Pool Spa Life Expo - Adelaide 2025

April 7th, 2025

The Pool Spa Life Expo Adelaide officially wrapped - and what a show it was! From start to finish, the event delivered strong foot traffic, engaged consumers, and strong leads for exhibitors across the pool, spa, and outdoor living sectors.

Fresh off the back of Sydney’s marketing campaign, Adelaide continued the momentum with strong digital engagement and enthusiastic buyers ready to invest in their outdoor spaces.

Adelaide Expo Digital Marketing Highlights

  • Total Sessions: Up 9.31% YOY

  • Engaged Sessions: Up 6.09% YOY

  • Total Users: Up 3.71% YOY

  • ‘Where To Buy’ Button Clicks: Down slightly 5%

  • Ticket Purchases: Down slightly by 12.5%

While ticket purchases were slightly down, the quality of engagement, both online and in person, remained strong. Visitors came ready to browse, buy, and book, resulting in meaningful conversations and genuine opportunities for exhibiting businesses. One of the standout examples of this was Fluidra, who experienced strong interest across multiple product categories and reaffirmed the value of exhibiting to an informed and motivated audience.

"The Adelaide Pool & Spa Show truly exceeded expectations this year. The turnout was impressive, and we saw a remarkable increase in interest for Australian-made pool equipment, a trend that underscores the growing demand for quality locally manufactured and supported products. What really stood out was the surge in consumer interest for connected products, with many eager to embrace the convenience of tech-driven solutions. Our Halo Connect products, in particular, generated significant buzz—so much so that some consumers were going back to their pool builders specifically requesting them!

Additionally, our Freerider and SpaBot cordless cleaners were a hit, receiving fantastic feedback from the market. This Expo was not just a great opportunity for Fluidra to showcase our products and demonstrate how we are staying ahead of industry trends, but also a vital platform for us to support our industry partners. As pool builders gear up for the upcoming season, events like this allow us to strengthen those relationships, share valuable insights, and grow our brand in a meaningful way. We’re already looking forward to next year's show!"

Spotlight on Consumer Demand

Adelaide’s attendees weren’t just browsing they were serious about upgrading their homes and backyards. From new pools and spas to landscaping, heating, and lifestyle add-ons, the demand for quality outdoor living solutions was clear.

"The Pool and Spa Expo this weekend was fantastic! Our stand was buzzing with activity, and we met so many wonderful people. The quality of leads was exceptional, resulting in multiple pool sales and great connections. It's definitely an event worth attending for anyone in the industry."
Everclear Pools SA (Tam Dean, Operations Manager/Owner)

While overall ticket numbers were slightly down over last year’s record breaking year, the quality of attendees has never been stronger. These were informed, motivated buyers who had done their research and arrived ready to make decisions. It’s all about bringing the right people through the doors, and this show proved the value of connecting SPASA members with high-intent customers. Now, our focus shifts to the Brisbane Expo the final opportunity to exhibit in 2025. It’s not to be missed, and we still have a few spaces available.
